- If the product was damaged upon receipt, you need to provide relevant unpacking photos and video proof.
- Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Fees
- If the goods are damaged or missing, you can submit unpacking photos and videos to verify the issues. Once verified, we will either issue a refund or resend the product, and you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
- However, if you wish to return a product for personal reasons, such as selecting the wrong color or quantity, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. There will be no restocking fee unless the item’s tag has been removed.
Order Cancellation
We support order cancellations within 2 hours of placing an order. Cancellations requested after this time frame cannot be guaranteed, as orders may have already been processed and prepared for shipment. Our typical refund processing time is 1 business day, and refunds will be arranged within this time frame once a successful cancellation has been confirmed.
